Trophy Teams and Taskforces
Trophy teams are separated into a large number of various subgroups and divisions, all of which specialize in different things. While they are all generally capable in basic combat protocol, specializations such as urban combat pop up among teams or taskforces which repeatedly operate in specific environments.
Many teams aren't initially known for anything and build their reputation by succeeding (or failing) multiple times. Important taskforces or operations contain members from multiple teams and sectors of operation from Trophy due to the unique capabilities.
Why is Trophy so Heavily armed?
Taskforces, teams and security teams must exist to keep The Trophy Organization and the members within safe. Trophy has enemies everywhere and are fighting dozens of secret wars at all times, including dealing with cults and entities which are causing issues for different governmental figures.
Government Compliance
Due to Trophy helping the Metropian government hide many of it's own failings, Metropia simply turns the other way whenever Trophy steps above the law. The government sees them as necessary to help combat things which standard law enforcement and armies cannot easily deal with. They also share experimental weaponry with one another.
TTT Cat Wyverns

Trophy Trapping Team "Cat Wyverns" is well-known for their close-quarters combat and first-in-line mentality in regards to dealing with unknown threats.
Despite having one of the highest casualty counts, the group isn't known for this. It's known for its members willingness to fight for Trophy and on behalf of the organization. Likewise, the leader of the Cat Wyverns, a man who goes by the callsign "Big Cat" has been said to hold no fear toward danger close calls even when on the frontlines of encounters himself.
He knows he and his men are expendable, and he knows they won't all make it home. But he'll do his best to make sure whatever operation they're participating in is always a success.
ATT Krakenbane

Amphibious Trophy Team Krakenbane is an amphibious division located on the city world of Metropolis II, notable due to the various semi-aquatic and aquatic operations they have completed.

TTT Soul Keepers

Trophy Triage Team "Soul Keepers" are best known for their medical knowledge and their ability to quickly mend wounds out in the field.
They've earned a reputation as true life savers when most needed.
